BalanceFlow is a personal finance app that helps you understand where your money comes from, where it goes, what you are saving for and what you still need to pay. It is created and operated by Idalina Digital.

BalanceFlow is built with user privacy at its core:

• Your financial data belongs to you. Each account is private and isolated.
• No other user can see your income, expenses, savings, debts, goals or settings.
• Your data is stored securely and is only used to provide BalanceFlow to you.
• You can export your data at any time from your Profile.
• You can permanently erase all your data at any time from your Profile (your GDPR right to erasure).
• We do not sell your personal data.

• BalanceFlow is provided to help you track your personal finances. It is a tool to support your decisions, not financial advice.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
• You agree to use BalanceFlow lawfully and only for your own personal finances.
• You may close your account and erase your data at any time.
• Idalina Digital reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

BalanceFlow offers a recurring Premium subscription billed monthly via Stripe:

• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from Profile → Plan & billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• If a payment fails, your account enters a grace state — your data stays safe and you can still view and export it, but Premium features pause until payment is restored.
• We never delete your financial data when a subscription ends or a payment fails. You can resubscribe or export your data at any time.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Idalina Digital does not store your card details.
• Prices are shown on the Plan & billing page before you subscribe. Taxes may apply depending on your region.
